FACILITIES

The commercial exhibition will be located in the exhibition hall on the first floor of the Conference Centre. Every stand space measures 3m x 2c (6 m2), allowing for the exhibitor to rent more than one space. The rent of the space includes building of the simple modular stand, transport, assembly and dismantling. If you don’t want the modular stand to be built, we ask you to indicate this in the contract regulating Stand space:

  • Modular stand built by means of a structure of aluminum and white melamine
  • Stand surface covered with exhibition type carpet
  • Power outlet
  • Lighting
  • Sign with standard adhesive lettering

The company in charge of building the modular stands has a civil liability insurance that covers assembly, duration of the conference and dismantling.

ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING

The assembly of the stands will take place on Sunday 4/3/2018; the Commercial Exhibition will be inaugurated on Monday 5/3/2018 in the afternoon, coinciding with the beginning of the Mountain week. It will remain open until Sunday 11/3/2018. If you dispose of a stand of your own, the exhibitor will be in charge of everything regarding transport and insurance of materials of his property. Dismantling will take place on Sunday 11/3/2018 from 16:00 onwards.

RATES AND CONDITIONS

The price of hiring the space includes the building of the simple modular stand. In case you do not wish the stand made available by the Organization, the exhibitor can assemble his own stand within the hired space. As to the allocation of the stands, the chronological order of hiring shall be strictly adhered to. Requests for a stand must be sent together with the contract regulating Stand Space to the following e-mail address: info@cimas21.org.

RATES AND CONDITIONS

  • 6 m2 including stand 795 +21% VAT
  • 6 m2 excluding stand 595 +21% VAT
  • 9 m2 including stand 995 +21% VAT
  • 9 m2 excluding stand 695 +21% VAT

METHOD OF PAYMENT

In order for the allocation of the hiring of the stand to become effective, proof of payment of 100% of the total hiring fee should be forwarded together with the contract regulating Stand Space to the Technical Secretary. All payments will be carried out by means of bank transfer to the account according to details provided:

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of the space by the exhibiting company will result in the complete loss of the amount deposited for cancellation costs. The cancellation of the reservation of the stand can be made notifying the organization of the conference by email expo@cimas21.org or by phone: 34 958 246 700.

The percentages of reimbursement will be as follows:

  • 90 % if the cancellation is made before September 30th, 2017
  • 50 % if it is made before November 30th, 2017
  • 25 % if it is made before January 1st, 2018
  • 0% is the cancellation is made from February 15th, 2018


RESPONSIBILITY

Within the bounds of Spanish Law, The Organization will not be held responsible for personal injury or material losses, theft or damages caused by riots. The exhibitor will be responsible for contracting an insurance policy that would cover possible losses, theft or deterioration of both material and personal goods as a result of his participation in the conference. He will also assume the risk of any damage to the exhibition area caused by his activities.
